This list is an example of:

1) The paralysis of analysis... give yourself 10 "ratings categories" and this is what comes out...

2) A camel is a horse made by a committee

3) probably some groupthink too... you'd have to know who the "voters" were...

FWIW, I saw zeppelin in concert and didn't think they were that great... Hendrix too for that matter, a "fair" concert, but not one of the best I've seen...

Just another ridiculous crap 'list' that means absolutely nothing.

It's the Stones longevity which is the main problem here. Had the list been about the best bands at their peak the Stones should have been at least in the top three or four.

A very narrow-minded, etnocentric list.
If audio is crucial, Omega from Hungary would have been in top.
Who could guarantee they have listened thoroughly on
Stones main works?
You could draw the convclusion the people makin this list most often are around age 30-40 or slightly younger
= also tunnel viewers age and era-wise.
