Mr Jimmy,
You should be ashamed of yourself for asking such a silly question. Get into a cab to the airport ....................... NOW !!
Madmaxx, i am quite flexible, but i can get incredibly cheap flights to amsterdam from the uk for the show. Less than £80 for british airways! And the date works, cos it gives me three weeks to look forward to the uk tour!
I might just have to make 'reservations' tomorrow...?! :-)
Man i am going stones nuts at the moment, i'm out of control... Been listening to and watching the stones all night... I got a fever.
They still play well. Some shows will be better than others just like it has always been. Yes, why not is a simple answer. Are they as good as 10, 20, 30, 40 years ago? I don't think so, but they still deliver and that's enough for me. It will be a great time if the sound is dialed in where you are sitting/standing. That's what it's all about for me after all these years.

Not quite true...I have been to the ArenA several times and had different places, only once have I had awful sound (that is, not hearing anything) and that was almost next to the B-stage in 2003. In 98 I had good sound standing more in the back, right side. I also remember some people being close to the "runway" last time and they had great sound. But it is not very good that it depends so much on where you stand, the sound should be good everywhere in an ideal world...This time I have FOS, so I am excited about the sound there...

My thoughts exactly. I have spent a small fortune on Rolling Stone concerts since 1978 and they have always delivered. See them while you can...they can never be replaced.
Amsterdam is always a great place to be when the Stones are there. Not only for the show, but also for meeting your Stonesfriends. Black and White Cafe at the the Leidseplein, always a great place to meet. And this year the Bigger Bash. If you can afford it, just give yourelf a couple of days

Very true, you nailed it Hans! AMS is the place to be, I have many happy memories from there, regarding both the Stones shows and my friends. And the B&W Cafe is a classic! Also, AMS is a wonderful city with wonderful people, this will be my third time there - and definitely not the last... So, I will say as Elmo Lewis up here: "Hell yes!" :-)
my answer: YES, ABSOLUTELY YES!!!! Mick is fantastic, incredible, Keith a bit tired but he's improving after the accident... Ronnie plays really better than Licks tour... Charlie is Charlie..
