please post pictures that are in your opinion "the coolest picture of the stones"

Anton Corbijn's photo on the cover of Stripped cetainly ranks very high on the cool list.

Someone please clue me in as how to copy a picture onto this page


I think the greatest Stones picture originalkly appreared in "High Times " magazine in the late '70's . It's the one with Keith @ an airport leaning on a water fountain with a sign in the background that reads " Patience Please ......... A Drug Free America Comes First .

It's a classic ! ! !

The '75 press pictures with Preston and Ollie, where everybody wears these leather suits, and all are completeley coked up. That's the coolest pics I have ever seen of the Stones.

There's so many good ones, though, Between The Buttons photo session comes to mind, plus some wild 70s photos. Not among the best, but a strange one :

The big tongue banner was a Bill Graham addition seen only at the West Coast
shows he promoted, SF to Tucson.

I wrote that I hadn't seen it before....but suddenly I recognize the roof. Perhaps I've seen it, or some other photo from the same show before....
