What about Streets of Love followed by Fool To Cry,,still haven't heard Fool to Cry live circa 94/99,I read the did it a few times during that time, that would complete the ballad section.

I heard the old rehearsal of SOL in RS.com and the song sound great, it could work very well live. If they don't play it in Italy with all the success that it got, it won't be played at all in europe.

So what's the listing of what's been heard rehearsed?

We know for sure Bitch, SOL, CYHMK (?)

It's saturday here in the US, so I'm guessing it's late Saturday over in Italy now, any word on what's been going on?

With a little bit of luck they'll replace Miss You with Harlem Shuffle, now wouldn't I love that!!!! smiling smiley The rehearsed song list sounds great so far, I wouldn't mind hearing SOL at all.

If you are right, this sounds incredible. Impossible to complain about this beautiful hardrocking set of songs. Can't You Hear Me Knocking would be a fantastic treat. Seems to Out of Cntrol is back in the set. ahhh can't wait to 11/7.

I can't understand why this is getting everyone so excited.(A)These are all the same songs that were rehearsed last year in Toronto.(cool smileyThere are no potential live debuts on this list except for SOL.(C)If some of these songs are played,it will continue their recent pattern of recycling songs from recent tours instead of playing songs yet to be performed on stage or even songs that haven't been played in a good while. There are a couple of exceptions to that (Harlem Shuffle,She's A Rainbow) on that list but,not many. All Down The Line is a bigger warhorse than Street Fighting Man.

The only songs from the list that don't completely frustrate me,as a long time fan,to see being rehearsed are : Let It Bleed,She's A Rainbow,Can't You Hear Me Knocking,Harlem Shuffle,Ain't Too Proud To Beg,Love Is Strong,Midnight Rambler,Streets Of Love(not a song I like but,at this point I am happy if the Stones add anything that they have yet to try in concert),Heartbreaker, and Out Of Control.Con Le Mie Lacrime would be pretty interesting. Every other song has been played too often in recent years. There hopefully will be some better selections around the corner or at least for the fall tour.

A little restructuring and those songs make a badass setlist...

1.
2. Ain't Too Proud To Beg
3. Bitch
4. Heartbreaker
5. Oh No Not You Again
6. Harlem Shuffle
7. Rain Fell Down
8. Streets of Love
9. Beast Of Burden
10. As Tears Go By
11. Before They Make Me Run (Keefster)
12. Midnight Rambler (to the bstage)
13. Love Is Strong (bstage)
14. Let It Bleed (bstage)
15. Tumbling Dice (back to mainstage)
16. Can't You Hear Me Knocking
17. Out of Control
18. Monkey Man
19. She's a Rainbow
20. She's So Cold
21. All Down The Line
22. Rough Justice
23. It's Only Rock'n Roll (encore)

Very nice setlist, indeed.

What would be your opener?

My imagination: Intro music plays... Everyone gets hyped up... A single explosion comes out from the main stage... Music continues playing... Second explosion... Music continues... Then suddenly explosions go off in relay fasion from the mainstage all the way down the walkway to the bstage, where the entire bstage errupts in flame... in the split second where the audience is paralized the band slams right into Had It With You. Mick, Keith, Ronnie and Charlie. Just those four on the bstage.

After that Daryl joins them and they play Get Off My Cloud as they travel back to the main stage.

There are a lot of people who are waiting since last Aug. to see the Stones.
The fact that As Tears Go by is crossing the Atlantic is excellent news.

Doo Doo Doo isn't a good news for me personally.
Being born in 72, Ain't too proud to beg is a song I was ehoping to hear live for about 15 years and my dream came true in 2003. I'm OK for having the song 1 more time (even a couple of times). Same for She's a rainbow that I'd be pleased to listen live a 2nd time.

My concern is : what happened to Sway ?????

though i am pretty excited with anticipation of tuesday's concert I must warn those who think they actually will play what (let alone everything) they rehearsed. They are not used to that, unfortunately. Beside, as you see there are many songs that could fit the same spots in the setlist. On the other hand I dont think this is a complete list of what they rehearsed. I wish our friends of www.rollingstonesitalia.com (jacopo, jad) from milan could give us the complete picture. Anyway IORR but we like it, don't we?

How is it so unbelievable? I pointed out what I see to be the problems with it in my earlier post. I believe that I am entitled to my opinion.

Unlike alot of people on this board,I actually am a fan of the current band and I would like to see them play more songs. It's that simple. I think it sucks that we can't ever hear certain songs from all eras in concert. This includes songs on "best of" albums, chart topping albums, albums named Exile On Main Street, new albums, old albums and albums in between. If this point of view upsets you, then I don't know what to tell you. If it makes me a bad guy in the view of set list apologists then so be it.
