The same guys responsible for Love Potion #9 did this parody of dixie jazz standard “Darktown Strutters’ Ball” in the mid-50s. Atlantic Records refused to release it for some reason, but Frank Zappa later gave it props when he covered it on “Does Humor Belong In Music?” Apparently “cock” actually means “vagina” in Southern US vernacular of the day, so I’m guessing the gay connotations it would have today weren’t intentional.
