is that a board, Erik? that from the aborted tour? went to the Portland show (fab t-birds opened) on that tour, i believe - but i may be confusing it with another tour...

Yeah it's from the aborted tour, Tod, it's not a board recording but a real EX audience one....
I've been listening to a lot of live EC recordings, for free; via torrents - but this is the first "bootleg" of EC I've bought....and it was worth it - really a good one. At least when keeping in mind that it's neither Derek & The Dominoes or EC 1975-1978. You saw him in Portland....? Was it good?

i actually enjoyed the t-birds a little better, as i recall...maybe cos they were my fave band at the time and i didn't even realize they were opening. eric was good, though, although when we heard a few weeks later the tour had been aborted due to his illness, i remember not being surprised...
