Let them play the game and forget about the referee. The refs at this level are better than the players. People who complain about the referees at the world cup should take a closer look at their players and teams. I have watched the games and I think the refs are doing a great job taking into consideration the players are just as good at acting as actually handling the ball. Quite a few of them actually.
