Rest was service fee.

Yes, but 100 SEK is less than 90 NOK... so 970 SEK will be around 800 NOK

And I bought tickets for 1350,- - 1450,- NOK on qxl.no and tradera.com...

In the mid summer the Swedish valuta is higher, if I get lucky I'll get up to 900 NOK back.

Someone please explain why we're not getting the service fee refunded? They charged me money for being a customer, and now that I'm not getting the merchandise, they're still expecting to get paid? Should I charge them a service fee (and postage) for sending the tickets back?
