Is the second A'dam concert cancelled or postponed to 2007? Seems to be a news item that the 2nd gig won't go ahead this tour (2006?) and is cancelled. We all knew the 2nd concert wasn't happening in 2006. Why all the fuzz now?

Because there isn't going to be a show at all. Not even in 2007.

@#$%& those bastards. Just one show this tour in Amsterdam. They won't be coming back in 2007. They don't care about the Dutch fans. They only care about money. It's time to quit.

Dutch stonefans made a lot of fuzz in de media about the bad acoustic of the amsterdam arena. Therefore it wasn't sold out.

I can understand the reasons for cancelling....

If you're hardcore fans a yelling that they aint coming, what would you do?

Show gets cancelled for vague reasons, and they don't have the guts to say it's because of bad ticket sales.

And so the Dutch fans are pissd.

i doubt Michael Cohl is losing too much sleep over it.
He has another lucrative US tour,
to taken his mind off such trivial matters.

I think everybody is drawing the (wrong?) conclusion that 2007 is not going to take place, but NOWHERE in the entire Mojo press release it says that 2007 is cancelled. It just says that the SECOND show has been cancelled, nothing more. No year or date has been mentioned so far.

So: let's wait and see what happens! It may still happen.

Do I miss something? How do we know for sure the 2nd show is cancelled and not postponed until 2007? And what about Brussels?

It is mentioned, because the SECOND show had become the 2007 show.
Besides that, for the 2007 show you could keep the tickets that you bought for the original 2006 show (2006 2nd became 2007), wich you are now orderd to hand in. So if there was going to be a 2007 show they should have just let us keep our tickets.

What a bollocks. It wasn't sold out as the entire population of Holland has seen them multiple times already, the ticket price is way to high, and the Stones just can't cut it musically anymore.

Therefore they couldn't evens sell out one show.

I had a 1 ring ticket...tried to chance it...but than you get some...way back in the stadium ticket...so now im left with nothing...I might go for the black market...im not angry anymore but you cant expect me to jump out of yoy.Holland had a huge Stones folowing..what a drag...it gives you the feeling they choose money..if a ticket...ahhh forget it...You cant always..
