Tell her not to bother waiting for the fan club to announce anything.

They are refunding Automatically for Barcelona & Madrid.

If your friend purchased fan club membership then that should be reset so she can use them to buy tickets in the future>
If she does not want to hold on to them then she needs to contact support@rollingstones.com and ask for a full refund of membership fees.
