Havo, the show is really cancelled, not postponed. Please see below the official announcement from the promoter site:

Having already confirmed their European tour itinerary, which includes 21 Stadium shows this summer, The Rolling Stones have unfortunately had to cancel the following show in Czech Republic : Date : JUNE 16th City : BRNO Venue : Exhibition Ground Full refunds to ticket holders for this show will be available from their point of purchase from July 12th 2006 As previously announced , Mick Jagger, Keith Richards, Ronnie Wood and Charlie Watts kick off their ‘A Bigger Bang’ European Tour at The San Siro Stadium in Milan, Italy on Tuesday, 11 July 2006.

In Czech version it says that the other shows including Madrid, Gotheborg, Brussel and other postponed shows are cancelled as well. Moreover, one of Czech newspaper says that Stones most likely won't perform next year. They claim that this fact is the reason for the cancellation. I hope it's not true although I got tickets for 2 already cancelled shows...

Well I bought my tickets over the net and they are held as will call...so when can I get my money back for that?

When I go to the site ticketpro.cz, there is no mention of cancellation, they still have "official" postponed statement.

Kahoosher Just contact your Credit Card company let them get the money back for you.

Pauly it has been disater this time around since the first ;( !

Gazza, the Mrs & I are in Nice 3rd to 9th. You ?

6th to the 9th - also with spouse! (that location appealed to her more for a Stones show and a mini-break than any of the others!)

I think we have enough regulars from here and a few Rocks Offers for a 'quorum' before the show for sure

This will be interesting:
Cause EMA, the Swedish promotor, actually sell tix for the 2007 show.

Well this kind of ambiguity sums up perfectly why silence is not particularly golden and why the Stones PR machine SHOULD actually issue interim statements from time to time. It wouldn't hurt, it would do them good, it would do us good, and it would dispel an abundance of rumours. Having said that, they obviously don't see it that way.

Actually Gazza, you stand to be corrected on one minor detail. YOU ... will be bringing MY spare. I seem to recall a very generous offer of yours to furnish a clutch of amazonian goddesses oozing oil and general deliciousness from every pore, as well as refreshments in the form of goblets of Chateaufneuf du Pape .
