I was wondering if anyone on this board has already received a refund from Servicaixa for the cancelled shows in Madrid/Barcelona??? If yes: did you request this by email??? Or was it refunded to your credit card automatically???
Also: Has anyone who used RS.Com codes to buy tickets for cancelled shows requested a refund for the Platinum Membership from RS.com, and if yes, have you been refunded yet???
requested a refund from Servicaixa, via email, received a prompt reply, telling me, i'd be refunded within 15 days, (about 2-3 weeks ago). Nothing yet- to my knowledge...but in their defence i haven't checked, in the last few days.
A little off the topic but as far as refunds go I have been waiting since January to get my money back for my membership that I never used. Never again will I give any money to these people.
Nada!! La Caixa or Servicaixa, havenĀ“t refund. Anyone remember since which day do they say, we refund? Servicaixa said, between 15 and 20 days, I assume, the end of the month is enough for the refund? I sent off my tickets for paris 1 about two weeks ago and not recieved anything as yet, contacted them and they stated monies will be in about two to three weeks time, that is a ticket agency thou.
