England-based company who sell packages with accomodation and tickets to various events. I found it on Bjornulfs "How to get tickets" page. Anybody been in contact with them or tried to purchase packages from them? I`m having a hard time getting them to answer my e-mails...

Question is: Are they reliable? Thanks

very experienced, well known and reliable company - yes

Personally I find their packages very over-priced

I went with Eventstravel to Paris in 2002 to see Springsteen. A bit pricey but the entire service was excellent.

..and yes, you can fully trust them.

as others have already said, they are expensive, but reliable and provide a good service.
I used them on the Licks tour.

Adrian-L, where did you travel with them to on the Licks tour ? What were the seats like at the venue that they provided ? I think they guarantee first 5 rows, is that right ? Just curious. I've been tempted on occasions, but have never actually taken the plunge so far.

saw them in Stockholm, through Event Travel.
They sorted flight, hotel and gig ticket.
Stayed at the Globen Hotel, next to The Globen Arena.
Whilst going through the booking process, they give you options, on ticket-types and upgrade prices. I paid a small suppliment for a better price-band ,opposite the b-stage, and had a great time.
I would recommend, booking Eventtravel by telephone (as opposed to online). You cannot beat, speaking to a fellow human being and discussing your requirements and what they can offer you.
In my experience they were helpful and informative.

Thanks for the reply, very informative. I'm actually all sorted for the forthcoming ABB Europe/UK shows, but might use them in the future for something else .... ya never know. My perception is that they work out cheaper than these official Stones packages, but I haven't really looked at it in any great detail.

Went to seem them in Wembley Arena in 2003. Tickets have been a bit late delivered to the hotel. But service is ok.

very much so, Pauly- Eventtravel charge a little extra, for the convenience factor, of them 'wet-nursing' you- nothing more nothing less.
There's no rip-off or extortionate pricing, unlike 'official' RS packages

They do NOT guarantee first 5 rows. They have normal FOS tickets, or they have seats in different categories.

The only way to get front floors guaranteed for FOS venues is through fanasylum.com. They have packages where they take the group into the venue early so that you end up front row or against the center rail. Fantastic if you ask me, but very very expensive. About $1500 per person with two nights hotel and transportation to/from the venue.
