Called them too, got a phonenumber that can be used also, in stead of the link. But as you'll probably understood I am not the one who booked the ticks, so I am not certain yet that this phonenumber is the solution.

However, it seems that if you did not receive the mail yet, calling ticketnet at +33146915840 and ask, will bring you much further. I've read here that after calling people got a email instantly, i've read that people were booked straight away (phd) and I got another phonenumber, especially for this show.

This priority link is not a secret anymore and have been posted on other boards.

So [www.ticketnet.fr]

I think you should better respect the limit in term of ticket category and number, and use the same login on ticketnet than the one you used for the previous purchase. Even the same credit card. It will avoid bad surprises if ticketnet check your purchase history and decide to cancel your order. One more time, on ticketnet, buying new tickets and sending back the old one are two different processes. So don't wait to buy the new ones.

This is the phonenumber that you can use, in case you have further questions or trouble concerning the Paris tickets:

+33146915767

There are some that only speak french, and some that also speak English, but they are all very very helpful.

Vive la France... ;-)

They told me that it could take 20 days to send the tickets. Don't wait for the mailman tomorrow!

So I think we also have completed our ticket change. We'll be waving at you from the Pelouse Debout, and maybe even arrive early to try to make a run for the FOS. Which raises one last question: since they've actually been selling FOS-tickets, (first time on this scale?) is it at all possible to get into the FOS area with regular field-ticks?

I bought tickets through the link yesterday. Now I have to send my tickets back. What information should I include regarding my refund? Creditcard number? Bankaccount number? (+ tel.,e-mail, fax, address of course)

I included a small note to tell them that I send the tickets back in order to get a refund, and an email adress in case they have further questions. But the reservation number on the tickets should be enough for them to link the tickets to you.
On the phone, they also asked for this number to get access to the right name and adress: creditcard numbers will also be present in such files. I think it will be fine.

You mean it is linked to the original credit card? I use my father's Amex. Fine by me but I'll give them some other options as well.

Yes, I understood that the reservation number is linked to the transaction you made for these tickets. Which means they know enough to refund that AmEx creditcard. I suppose otherwise they would have asked for something.

If you want to know for sure (I did not ask specifically) you can try this phone number: +33146915767, this is the number I had to call for my ticket change. They will know.

Good luck!

ATTENTION :

Let´s see.... what´s this mean?? If I´ve buy more tickets than I buy before... my transaction will be @#$%&?? Or I could do??

Ok here's a quick translation for you :
"This sale is reserved for people having already bought tickets through ticketnet.
You have to choose the same category or if none left a cheaper category.
Any other orders will be cancelled"

Re: Paris e-mail from Ticketnet

That is exactly what it means.

1) This session is limited to ticketholders of the two original dates, and is limited to the amount of available seats for the concert on the 28th.
2) You have to choose tickets in the same categorie, or a cheaper one in case the original caegorie is fully booked.
3) All actions that do not conform to these terms will be cancelled.

For me, I would play the game like it is supposed to be played. Don't want ticks that belong to others. If there are spare tickets, they will be on sale soon enough. Maybe I am naïve...

I just received this email, my our tickets will arrive soon!

Jelle
