So you mean we all have to buy tickets all over again in 2007? In that case, a lot of $100 refunds will be due from rs.com as well.

Yes, it's written on Servicaixa's site, the money will be automatically transfered back to the credit card used to purchase the tickets during the next 15 days.

Well, after all, it's not that bad... We'll see the Stones in 2006 and also in 2007! smiling smiley

hahahaha

Probably, your tickets haven't even been printed yet! Servicaixa's system has been so critised because they didn't send the tickets. Well, under these circumstances, it's the cheapest one! No delivery expenses at all.

Carlos, the logical thing is send back the tickets and then, you got the money... this is what go to happen in Paris and I think in mostly of the postponed shows

Soy de mu cerquita de Malaga, Carlos..... vas a verlos este año en algun sitio??

Yes, if you live in spain you pick your tickets up at an ITM, cach machine. Us foreigners, however, had to show up on the day of the show - at the ticket counter.

No carlitos, I believe every word you say. That is not the problem. The problem is that most people on this board don't speak Spanish and so they don't understand what is written on Servicaixa website. I am very sure that everybody living outside of Spain would be very gratefull if you could explain the procedure in an easy to understand way. People who live outside Spain don't have the tickets yet. They should pick them up at the day of the show. Thank you very much.

El importe de las entradas adquiridas se devolvera automaticamente mediante abono en el medio de pago con el que se realizo la compra y en un plazo maximo de 15 dias....
---------------------------------------------------------
Is this Spanish for: The money you paid for your tickets will automatically be refunded, the same way you paid for the tickets. So if you paid by credit card the money will automatically be transferred back to your creditcard within 15 days ?

I translate the whole text:

Rolling Stones concerts postponed until 2007

The concerts that the Rolling Stones planned to perform in Barcelona and in Madrid, on May 27th and on May 29th, respectively, have been rescheduled for 2007.

According to the promoter of the concerts in Spain, The Rolling Stones have announced a new itinerary for the European Tour. The concerts that were expected to take place in Barcelona (Estadi Olímpic) and in Madrid (Estadio Vicente Calderón) have been rescheduled for 2007.

The amount of the tickets purchased will be automatically refunded via the same payment method used to place the order within a maximum of 15 days.

These circumstances are beyond Servicaixa's control.
