This is true in general but,all U.S. Stones fans are not like that. The biggest reason is that there is a good number of people who buy or will buy the tickets & there are all kinds of venues to choose from. The U.S. is a very large country. They probably won't go back to all the same places. The largest cities will get their shows but, there will probably also be shows in places that haven't had one in a while.Buffalo,Orlando,& New Orleans are some possibilities. They could also try a city or two that they haven't played before.
well theif for sure there are a lot of cities and different locations in the us but compared to the european continent the us isnt that big and as i said before the stones like to play the us because they make a lot of money by selling 500 $ tix there but you can be sure they would prefer to play paris for example than do buffalo no offend to guys from the us but the stones are a european band and they shouldnt treat europe as bad as they have done in the past 20 years
p.s. if keith doesnt recover 100 % they could change the name of the tour in steel wheelchair tour
Your deep source is much too deeply involved in speculations. They could not possibly be back in USA before getting rid of all the dates that are piling up for Europe.
I've heard rumors of a NO Ronnie Art Show at the Jack Gallery and a new series to debut on the anniversary of Katrina with proceeds being donated. The Dome will be open for football season this fall. The Stones missed NO the first go around and can/should do something for the area considering they are bluesmen. Call it scientific wild a$$ guess.

yes, but steven is an "idiot," so you can't believe everything he says.
Nikkibong, WTF? Have you ever met Steven? Do you even know him? I happen to know him and he is far, far from that. Sometimes I just don't understand why some of the people on this board write some of the stuff they do. Just because someone thinks something might happen does in no way make them an idiot. Bash me around if you must for saying this but I must stand up for my friend on this. Fred Hardin Pleased to meet you........
Well now that the European dates have come out from a press release today with the European part ending Sept 3,2006, It is now possible for the Stones to be back in the USA anytime after that to do stadium and Arena shows The Source
We have strong confirmation from the Mayor and the City of Halifax, Canada that they will play there on 23 Sept. This is supposed to be the "unique" tour opener that they wanted. Can't see why this would be changing. In fact, with Horsens on 3 Sept, it allows a perfect 20 days to re-deploy all the staging and gear to Nova Scotia. A ship only takes 6 days from Copenhagen to Halifax! 747's only take 6 hours.
Wow, Nova Scotia, I've flewn across the land by KLM, SAS, Iceland Air, Air France and Brittish Airways . And it really looked COLD! Truly - they can't be planning an outdoor show there? I'll head for New York and Philly and whatever turns up in the civilized part of the US og A. Hawaii sounds really tempting, though. Keith IS well!!!
Whether it is indoors or not, Halifax in September is just as beautiful as Maine and Boston which are very close. They play baseball and football outdoors all fall in New England so I wouldn't worry too much about the weather in Halifax!
I heard strong rumors to for Halifax in fact I have read an article that talks have been on for some time regarding halifax....My deep hotel spy says that an army of rooms have been blocked off at an hotel. The Source
Now a version of the tongue stage would be a great indoor visual. I always thought the indoor stage was a bit bland compared to the outdoor show. That tongue stage they used in the Super Bowl would be too large for arenas, but a smaller version would be great.
