Best recording of the 1970 tour

Still searching for the holy grail - a boot from the 1970 European Tour with good sound. I know it's impossible! The best recording I know is the Essen show. I heard there is a soundboard from Paris but it doesn't hit the mark either. Anybody got a better idea?

Paris soundboard isn't all that bad, actually....it's not complete, though. I think the Berlin show is the best audience sound I've heard - better than Essen, IMO.

Berlin and 2nd Paris are best, that's right.
After that: Cologne and Essen.

Yeah, but that doesn't count. There's no "Roll over Beethoven" on it for a start.

The Paris soundboard is from a radio broadcast, which was recorded - get this - with a little microphone infront of the speakers.

I only have two 1970 bootlegs, Paris Affair(Paris) and Let It Rock(Hamburg).

To be honest, both sound, sound quality wise, like crap.

I once heard it, but they wanted 40 € for it. But then again ... too late!

10/7/70 Essen C2C “Ice Cream in the Foyer” is my favorite.

That first Paris show, Reptile, is not the "good" concert. Perhaps you know, but so much wrong info on these shows, just like LA 75.
