Called "Ronnie Wood's Smile, and Where it Led" by Wendy Ellison Mullen, I just found it listed at amazon, noticed all the reviews were favorable...Evidently, the author is a fan who becomes obsessive to the point of stalking RW...Said to be humerous, in a knowing, self-deprecatory way - and to contain an interesting array of recalled characters and events...

It's a fun book, with many great stories and anecdotes.
