Any news on refunds RS.com memberships?

I used two memberships for FOS tickets for Barcelona. I mailed RS.com for any informotion regarding the refunds. No reply. Somebody else any luck?

I'd say you might get a reply in about 2 months and a refund in 3-4 months. took me over 3 months to get 3 refunds, they came through EVENTUALLY !!

i too had a membership used for Barcelona... mailed RS.COM
as soon as we heard show was a no-no.

I've also a pre 9th membership and I also used this one xfor the Barca FOS tickets.
But like you others, concerning a refund there was no answer from rs.com

Sounds like they're headquartered in North Korea, might take a while. God, the more I hear the worse it sounds. They SHOULD have their act together....
