Anna Vissi is a superstar in Greece as far as I know. I love Greek music. Great singers and composers. Anna Vissi is a great singer, but most of her material is in my opinion horrible. Greek pop is like Italian television. More tits than real content Very sad in a country with great performers like Haris Alexiou, Melina Kana, Eleftheria Arvanitaki and many many others. The good thing about Greek music scene is that most popular artists at some point do realize their roots. Another good thing about Greece is that many young people never forget about their own country's great musical roots. Even though they listen to hip-hop, pop, rock or whatever. That's quite unique in Europe. I think.....

Hej Baboon Bro, glad you know about Hurriganes. They are the biggest and best (and only) rock band that ever was around in Finland. All the rest is totally crap in Finland. I hate the Finnish music scene. Well, I have to give credit to Wentus Blues band, they do a lot of touring with an englisch guy who used to play in an English band in the 70's. Taylor I think is his name or something. All you other cats out there, get the Hurriganes LP Roadrunner. Pure rock.
