He still is very in charge of ABKCO, together with I belive his daughter or niece, somehting like that. But he sill sues the shit out of everything that touches his money.

Of course he's still around! ABKCO will be around for
a very long time, I'm afraid. Indeed, I believe it is
his daughter (or son) whose name is on The R&R Circus release.
Funny, I've only seen one interview with him and that was
on a documentary of Sam Cooke (as Klein was involved with him, too).
Even more funny was the documentary had an interview with Andrew Oldham, too.
