It was because of the duration, no comparison in terms of quality.

Anyway, I was surprised that Metallica did not play 90 min. too last year in Frisco.

I saw axl's new guns and roses a few years ago, they sound exactly like the old band on stage and put on a really good show. If you close your eyes you don't notice the lack of Slash, Duff and Izzy.

They are really a boost. Just checked at eventime. No more seats available. G&R are more popular than The Stones. My question is : They should think of The Stones opening for Axl Rose.

Closing your eyes maybe they are pretty close to the original members, but they all look more like a freakshow attraction than like a rock band
Buckethead makes me think of Slipknot

Axl is the biggest "has been" on the planet. We're suppose to all sit here and what for years while he deals with his many mental problems, sorry buddy - YOU ARE OUT !! I can't believe anyone would still like him, he's a freak show, treats the rest of the band like shit, and can't get his own shit together...I can't believe you guys that are still into the loser...you guys dig Gary Glitter too? Holy shit man, where does this STAR worship end?

"Buckethead makes me think of Slipknot"

Please don't insult Slipknot.

Honestly, if Mick Jagger fired/abandoned/sued/insulted/alienated the entire Rolling Stones' family and hired an "all new and improved" band to back him and took the show on the road as "The Rolling Stones", I would not go. Would you?

I don't care how much they would sound like the original.
I'd rather spend my hard earned money elsewhere.

Buckethead is not on the band anymore. The new material Axl is working on is actually pretty decent.

What a bunch of crap.
I pity anyone who has to experience this.

The band was over when Slash left, and until he decides to return, G'N'R' will completely suck!

you guys are so boring. Of course it would be cool the see Izzy (who wrote pretty much everything), Duff, Axl but what the @#$%&, it still sounds better than 90% of all bands out there. Stop whining about Axl and his solo band.......

"You know where the @#$%& you are? You're in the urban jungle baby, u gonna diiieee!"
