WYMAN SLAMS 'EGO-BOOSTING' STONES TOUR

Former ROLLING STONES star BILL WYMAN has slammed his ex-bandmates for embarking on their current A Bigger Bang world tour, insisting they only did it to boost their egos.

The 69-year-old, who was the group's bassist until he quit 13 years ago, has urged frontman SIR MICK JAGGER and guitarist KEITH RICHARDS to give up touring for good, and find peace within themselves.

He says, "It's time they gave up. I don't miss the adulation in my life. I think Mick and Keith need it in theirs. They need to be adored daily." (AS/WNSMA/SC)

...i'm afraid i just do not understand why this is the only thing this guy has to say, when he knows Keith is in hospital. i really don't get it.

Sounds like a recently created entertainment "newswire" (WENN.com) picking up old pieces of interviews, rewording them to give them a sensational feel, and releasing them as news. Classic.

Please chek your sources before slamming Bill.
