Let's make this a big thread. Am I passionate? You bet.

Altough I had more and more my doubts at these huge stadium tours and greatest hits and inflatable dolls, etc. , yeah this kicks in deep, and feels like a kick in my belly(don't know how to describe this really), but this was to be expected.
But if the news is true, than this will be really the last world tour, because if Charlie asks to Keith to never ask him this again, he is serious about it, I think.

I'm wondering if anyone else is as passionate as me about them. I'm sitting hear on my own watching Four Flicks. Just the thought about Charlie's news is filling me up. No, I'm not a pussy. I just love them. And thanks barbabang.

If the end is neigh, better get all those missing Stones records you need. Otherwise get a second mortgage. You'll need it.

Keith did live pretty damn long, for his way of life.

Ok, now that was just bad. Note to self: you CAN overdo dumb jokes.

It´s an official promo picture for BtB in 1997.

Yes, it's surely not from 95 or 96.
Mick has just graduated from collage in the picture.
He took some classes to finish his education, which he started in the early 60s.
Funny thing that all the Stones-members came to greet him, at this day in July 1997.

The solo's are like you're getting married.. before, everything was nice, it was really extreme for a moment but after that it just repeats itself and get boring.

No really, they sure are great.. listening to a Stones album feels like being in love.. I was just listening to Some Girls this morning, and I kind of really get into those things, I start dancing and singing, you know? I must seem crazy.. but it's great.. it's really like being in love.. give you that awful yet unmissable feeling in your stomach..

I was listening to the Stones first album this morning. Isn't it amazing what a long journey they've been on. And still not finished. I've just decided I like them even more now.

Oh yeah the first album is still one of their, if not their best album ever. Sure it's mostly covers, but it's really honest and pure, you know?

Yeah, it's really strange to think of them as young men during the infancy of recording techniques. And song writing. They seem to be innovators in so many departments. Watched Four Licks last night. A sound technician told me that's how future music DVD's will sound.

Four Flicks sounds good indeed. Looks horrible though. Especially the Olympia show. I decided to watch the whole show once, and after one songs, I turned it off. I just went crazy by all the zoom in/zoom out.

I really can't work out if the Stones are the greatest, or is it that I,m biased.
But since I know quite a lot about music in general, I have arrived at the point that THEY ARE THE GREATEST. HOORAY!

We Love The Rolling Stones as long as they continue
to go on and when they're gone we will love them even more
cause we'll miss them so much.

May that day never come!

Been Stoned since 1964 and still am!
