Let It Rock from New Orleans in 78. It was my first Stone's concert and I can never get over that opening song. I was up close and the combination of sound and Jagger was incredible. Nothing can ever top that for me...nothing like the first time.

IORR Oakland '99. Not one of my favorites. But they had an incredibly tight grove going that was unbelievable.

Hmm, hard to say. For some strange reason, I seem to recall liking Sympathy For The Devil, 2003, De Kuip allot.

Every time they do Midnight Rambler I say: this is the best version ever!

Of all my "best versions ever" torino UJ tour, stuttgard no security, MSG and Zurich lix tour are best of the best. Stuttgard probably the best of the lot.

The first song, the first time I saw them, "Under My Thumb". Couldn't believe I was actually seeing them. Priceless.

Non-Stones - The Who in an electric performance of "Won't Get Fooled Again".

Others

Skynyrd 76 - Free Bird
Clapton - Layla
Seger - Night Moves
Macca - Hey Jude
Bruce - Thunder Road & Born To Run

You know, the signature songs - thought they play these warhorses often, I don't go see these artists as much as I go see the Stones.

I actually sang HTW at an IBM company event with the house band in Orlando about 10 years ago in front of several hundred employees....I'm hoping they were all as soused as I was and can't remember any better than I do....

Yeah, actually it happened when I was about 14 or 15. My family and I were staying at a lodge in West Virginia that was hosting some sort of corporate function, and they were having a karaoke party. One night as I was walking down the hallway in the main building, they called me into the bar and I sang Honky Tonk Women while 4 or 5 middle-aged women danced in a circle around me.

Unbeatable.
