Because these Wrinkly Rockers communicate with the basic / natural inside us / when we are what we are / no pseudointellectual behaviour / no sophisticated behaviour - just plain and simple....

What is better than listening to a good rock CD drinking a beer and behaving just plain and simple - I can't find anything better......

That's why I adore these Wrinkly Rockers and it scares me thinking about, how life would be without them.......

Because they are the Stones

Because they still have it

Because, let's paraphrase George Bernard Shaw, rock is something too important to trust kids with it!

Who cares if they are wrinkly. It's better than the alternative.

I don't!

But I still enjoy some of their back cat and the boots - when they weren't what they've become.

Because their latest album and tour are still better than 90% or more of the music anyone else is putting out right now.

Another thing that I love about the Stones is that they have now become the "old bluesmen" they worshipped in the early 60s and still do.

Long Live the Stones!

I gotta agree with this one 100% - put SO WELL. The latest stuff that's coming out now is a bunch of kids trying to redo the 80's again. When I'm not laughing I'm throwing up or crying. The last band I've Really gotten into is the WHITE STRIPES - since then, nada (well, the PUSSYCAT DOLLS but that's for "Other" reasons - hehe). Also , these wrinkly rockers were GREAT when they weren't wrinkly. And we like wrinkly better then bald I think......

ohno, I must disagree - the number is closer to 98%.

Right now the Stones don't have any rivals or aren't challenged by any group younger than them. The last group to do so was Guns'n'Roses. These days there are only half a handful of acts that are half as decent.

I've never seen so many bands sounding just alike. What happened to having a unique sound? The bands we all love had this going on.

I'm afraid the business end has became more important than the music end of the "music business".

Having been to a few shows this tour the fans are just as wrinkly as the band. Only differance is were bald fat guys in golf shirts...

I remember a Japanese fan said on TV - "The Rolling Stones make me happy!" That, and the superb music, I think.
