This is just me, but i've listened to most of Micks solo efforts, and i've never felt too strongly for them. neither did most of the critics.
ill put some quotes:
"She's the Boss is a good record, but it's not great. Just Another Night, Lucky in Love are kind of catchy songs, but the album does not have much personality, not much depth. It pales in comparison to Keith's first solo effort."
"Mick Jagger's first solo outing is now a very dated 80's relic. Not without its charms but difficult to take seriously."
On Primitive Cool: "This waste of plastic effectively shut the door on Mick's dreams of being a Sting or Michael Jackson solo star. He should be slapped for the "Let's Work" video."
Also, No Security was pretty pointless, even Mick said so.
I respect your opinion, but I will take on a bit of severity for this rebuttal, as i am a big fan of the magazine. they placed mick and bowie in the list for worst musicians who took stabs at acting. no music magazine in their right mind would dare treat mick or bowie like that.
