song associations

I think one of the funniest scenes in High Fidelity is when theyre comming up withe the top 10 funeral songs and one of the guys goes "I think we should automaticaly disqualify "you Cant Always Get What You Want" because of its association with the Big Chill." and jack Black goes: "DAMMNIT, if FORGOT about that!". Does anyone have examples of good songs that have been ruined for them becasue of a movie its been in, or just from something that happened in your own life? (I dont use the term "ruined" literrally, but you know what I mean.)

I think "My City Was Gone" being associated with the Rush Limbaugh show is a good example.

"Jump around" by house of pain was ruined for me when it was in Mrs. Doubtfire, but then it was redeemed after I saw it it Happy Gilmore.

actually its not a bad movie but for some reason it made that song so un cool to me for a while.
