OT: headphones and mic advice needed

Hi,
To do some homerecording I am looking for some advice on purchasing a pair of headphones and a microphone. The headphones are for playback and play-along and should be closed, and the microphone is for vocals and an acoustic guitar. This is just on a hobby level, so I am not looking for professional equipment.
My budget allows me to pay up to $ 75-100 each.

these Headphones are quite common for studio use:
AKG K141
Beyerdynamic DT100 (also good for drummers)
Microphones is a bit tricky to advise b/c of the great price & quality range.
this one should work fine
AKG C1000, is a elektret condenser Mic and operates on either phantom power or standard 9V battery.
try second hand or ebay for those. lots of studios splitt up.
AKG K141
