Ýeah, I'd post it. It's just a mail - the person you send it to can always decide to reply or not - but if you don't get a response I wouldn't keep on sending letters. Just my opinion.

I have no willpower, so I probably would, but it would be done against my better judgement. Why do you want to write to someone who is not interested in you? Especially if you already tried once and he was mad about it. Leave him alone. Concentrate on someone local to stalk.

If you need to explain something to this person, go ahead and write it down in a letter, include your contact information in case the person wants to speak with you. If he contacts you great, if not, let it go. Life is too short, and the last thing you need is a restraining order issued against you.
