All I know by him is "Speak Now (Or Forever Hold Your Piece)" via Cheap Trick's cover version.

He turned down Page's invite to Zeppelin, right? And opened some of the shows on the '69 tour?

I've always wanted to delve a little deeper - what's a good starting point?

Terry Reid always played a small bar called the joint in LA every monday night I am not sure if he still does. Many a time he would have guest players and Mick Taylor joined him on stage many times as well as keith and other artists.

He still does, together with Waddy Wachtel. Bernard and Blondie usually join them when they're in LA.

'Seed Of Memory' and 'River' are considered his classic albums.

Both highly recommended. My g/f & I saw him live a few months ago. It was OK - he was drunk and his voice ain't up to much nowadays, but very entertaining.
