Can anyone tell me the name of the band that released a tribute single to Brian Jones entitled "Rock Star"?

It was released more than ten years ago and this band were supposed to do part of the film score about a movie on his life. I couldn't find a thread or reference to it on the "Stoned" film discussion forum.

There was a single called God Star
released by Psychic T.V. in the U.K. sometime in the 80s
which was a tribute to Brian Jones,
I remember they were distributing stickers with "Brian Jones died for your sins"
printed on.
There was talk of a film but I don't think it ever existed.
