ive seen 4 shows this tour and i noticed ronnie never smokes on stage anymore and keith smokes alot less then he has in past years- im wondering if maybe because ronnie supposedly gave up drinking- again- hes not smoking as much

his guitar hasn't been smokin' that much either --- - actually, i kid. i like ronnie!

I would imagine its more likely to be because a couple of years ago his doctors told him he was on the point of contracting emphysema and could be dead within a year if he didnt quit

he's said that he finds giving up smoking harder on him than quitting alcohol

Ha! This must be about the 10th thread about Ronnie and smoking!

What Gazza stated is 100% correct. Ronnie was WARNED to give up the ciggies, or his health would be in serious trouble. In an interview with Q magazine last year, he said that he smokes 'till 4pm and then wears a patch.

I hope he gets up at 3.55 pm!

I think Ronnie has quit all together as far as Keith I don't think he smokes like he use to I think you see it more with him as a trade mark when the camera is on him. I was at a show this tour where he only had one the entire show and it did'nt look like he even smoked all of it.
