Where did they sell Gold VIP tickets for Vienna? Are they still available? Is eventticketshop.at reputable seller, similar to oeticket.com?

This is a small ticketshop in Klagenfurt (Carinthia/Austria).
Friend of mine have bought tickets there several times, no problem at all!!!!
