Could "Let it Loose" be the next tour gem

Now that Sway is the most talked about new song on the current tour, let's see the boys serve this one up. My first choice would be "Time waits for no one" but i have my doubts that they have a guitarist that could handle the solo adequately.

It could if they ever become motivated.

Mick just couldn't sing that song today. His vocals are what gives the song its power.

unlikely, especially if they are prepping SOL for the stage - can't see them working on another ballad in addition to that.

One of their best ever but I doubt that even a good live version could capture what that recording did enough to do it justice...

I'm predicting Brown Sugar as the next tour gem with Satisfaction a possibility as well.

It doesn't have to be a contest.I would just be happy to have another chance to hear the Stones perform quality songs that haven't already been played a few hundred times or more.

I think they'll break new ground with a rare song few have heard of, and fewer still have seen performed live: Jumping Jack Flash.

It time to hear a cranked up, RAW version of "EMPTY HEART" - get the guitars sounding like IF YOU CAN"T ROCK ME.....

as far as LOVING CUP there's a great rehearsal video of it on that MyTUBE site - is it called MYTUBE? '72 Rehearsals in Switzerland - just type in Rolling Stones and you'll find it.....

yeah, part of what makes it so great are the back up vocals. Doris Troy is on it. they'd have to get all thos people back to recapture the recrod sound.

Is Sway even a 'gem' anymore?

Are you guys complaining about Sway being played?

Sway is not a gem anymore - has been played too often....

Now we want: Time Waits For No One

We do want more different songs but,Sway has only been played 8 or 9 times ever.Let's be fair.As for re-creating a studio track, there are plenty of songs that they play very often that don't sound the same as the studio track - some better, some equal, some worse.

true. thats what I like about live is that it sounds different. I actually never comlain about the song sounding different live.

I just think let it loose has amazing vocals on it, to me those back up singers are the best part of the song. that part couldn't be re-created live I dont think.
