let me clarify and expand on that point. I believe this will be their last tour. The main reason why it would not be is if they decide to tour again after this tour. In that case, my response would be "no."

Man I hate this topic but unfortunately the question sadly won't go away. I think if the momemtum is maintained they may tour again sooner than you think, though they will need a "reason" - a album of sorts that will front the tour - because if not, well, what would be the point?
Cannot believe Boston's second show got "Memory"..must have sounded amazing. Perhaps they'll debut "Hand Of Fate" - now that would be good!

Ooops I should have clarified I was referring to the possibility of future solo tours. Can't imagine Mick doing places any bigger than the Keith 88 & 93 tours.
no way this is the last tour - they've alluded to it themselves that they're not going to stop - their blues heros all play well into old age - besides, this has been the biggest money making tour in rock and roll history - not just their history. i wouldn't mind them getting off the stadium circuit though and doing theaters- playing the songs they actually want to play...charlie said in a '99 British Airways magazine "if i have to play brown sugar one more bloody time..." or something to that extent (i read it on the plane coming home from the '99 no security tour shows in the uk) - he's gotta have some ideas of some songs to pull out!
I think there will definitely be a next tour! They will put out another album. They will promote them with a new tour. And there will be very high ticket prices. But everyone of us will go and see the show, cause it will be the greatest Rock`n Roll show in the world. It will be as always: Satisfaction guaranteed. Everyone will like it. Remember: The next tour will be the last tour. :-)

health will probably me a more telling factor than desire to keep touring, which is something which tends to be overlooked by most people with that belief that they'll play for years and years to come

well, the ones that took sick or dropped dead didnt!!
this isnt the last one. 2008 for sure. Mick is in great shape. How would he or any of the boys be any worse off in 2008? They still have at least one more album too.
