I was thinking about this the other day - what's the concensus, is it likely that the best, most revered gig, has already occured on the north american leg, or is it yet to come, and if so, where do you think it will happen?
My vote is Perth, Australia, and I'm not even bias!
the crowd is as enthusiastic as no other crowd worldwide...which should push the band and it will be a live TV broadcast so that makes me feel BA is going to be very special( again)
Talk of the town is that Latin America, Australia (Geelong!), Southern, Eastern/Central & Northern Europe hide some wonderful nights in mid-/late winter, spring & summer of 06.
You only know in hindsight. I would have guessed that 3rd through 10th shows would ahve been the best but the last shows on the BTB and No Security tours were awesome (namely Chicago, April '98 and Chicago, April 99)
Will you go see another show, Lewis Brian Scotty-Elmo Hopkins-Jones-Majesty? I´m sure there are some creamy shows left in the US as well; sorry I didnt note than above
I was at Hershey and Philly. They were both great, but Hershey was was better. It would have been perfect with a Philly crowd. My family was on the far away from me and they said they could see me perfectly because me and my friends were the only ones standing at some points.
Raise your glass to the good and the evil, Let's drink to the salt of the earth.
I'm going to Atlanta, Bro. Maybe Ft. Lauderdale is the money gets right.
Hope to get you a shirt this weekend. In one of your post you mentioned being interested in Native American culture. Could I send you anything of interest on that subject from here?

Of course I´m interested in *genuine* Native Am. artefacts. My dad brought me some stuff in mid-90s while in Minnesota. Dixie natives is a blind spot for me. Maybe a dram catcher for the kids, have one myself.
I´ll post some stone hards crisp bread for ya one sunny day around this weekend too.
Atlanta´s Feb 8, right? ...Forgot about that gig. More envy!
So - I've never really been much of a believer in "best shows" from a pure performance standpoint. Each show seems to have different high points, generally. But, I really don't believe that Show A is overall better than Show B from a pure performance perspective.

Well said, bv ! But, hey, Elmo, yes, Atlanta (the only show I've seen this tour so far, about 10 more to come in Europe) was smoking ! Great, great show. I'm glad that the only show in the USA I could go to was probably one of the best.
From the ones I've heard so far it's Albany. They rock that one real hard. Horsens will be great too for sure. We already have posters (A la the fanclub one) in restaurants, and posters of them individually around the town on various poster places. It'll be gr8.
