In Charlie Is My Darling, the scene where Mick/Keith and Andrew are at the piano. Mick starts humming I Feel Fine.

That piano scene is just perfect.
But coverin Beatles was more relevant back then, right?

I've got Kieht live at the Hollywood Palladium doing 'I Wanna Be Your Man' which was an out-take from the original X-Pensive Winos live album.

The 2 songs the Beatles and Stones both recorded were "I Wanna Be Your Man' and "Money", I think. Recently Paul has done "Cracking Up", "20 Flight Rock", and possibly others.

Technicaly, I don't think you could call the Stones version of I Wanna Be Your Man a "cover version". After all, The Beatles DID write it for The Stones and they recorded it themselves after the release of the Stones single.

Money (of course) wasn't a Beatles song - it was written by Gordy & Bradford,
and was recorded by Barrett Strong in 1960.
here's a little about Barrett:

there's a sample of his version of Money here:

Wasn't there a law-suit about this song. Did John Lee Hooker not claim to have written it - I know he lost the case.

hm, does it count if the Stones played it but didn't record it?
timeisonourside.com lists Boys (in 63) and Twist & Shout (in 64) among numbers played by the Stones in concert.
neither of them are actually "Beatles songs", of course, but it seemed sort of relevant to this thread.
i bet those numbers sounded good in the Stones' fine hands.
