Gazza, yes I can confirm that your setlist is correct.
Does Satisfaction appear on the boot?

I dont have the tape of the show handy at the minute but "Satisfaction" was the final song played and as far as I know, it would be on the circulating tape

Your page for this show indicates 6-18 in circulation. I have 1-5 and 19 on tape.

We are talking 1978.
Tour start was Lakeland, Fl. on June 10.
Last date of tour was July 26 in Oakland.

Boulder - is there a Ghost Town nearby?
from the times of the Goldrush.
I remember lookin' in a shop window with a sign saying: gone mining - be back in a year

I visited Boulder in '79 for a couple of hours only, and now I wonder if thats the place.

A small four lane highway.
You CAN take a bus from Denver, too.

The only bit that rates on a "public" sort of scale would be that
Astrid, bought a print of Bill from me and I did NOT know who she
was till someone told me..

Anything else would be imprudent to divulge and mostly of personal interet.

I managed to be at 19 shows that tour and inside on 13 of them.

This gig however, WAS better than the others in these respects:

The weather was excellent.
The crowd was in fine spirits.
The band was in excellent form.
The tickets (scalped) were cheaper than elsewhere.
The town was filled with Stones fans for a couple of days.
The were other acts in town that complemented the Stones show.
The warm-up acts were well received by the crowd.
The crowd was up to speed enough to sing along on the new ones...
