The recording of the show is incomplete.Start middle of beast of burden.
And maybe the worst show of their career.

If you were there, it was a wonderful afternoon.
Excellent weather, motivated crowd and the usual energetic set.

i was there and had a grand time of it and can tell you: so did the rest of the house.

I have no idea what the "bootleg" sounds like or how well it captured the day,
I know the tape I made that day was ok, but still did not really capture the gig due to the nature of the gear used and the conditions under which it was used.

I guess about 40,000 or so.

I will check the tape for completeness.

Then I would have to figure out the bit of getting it from cassette to comp...

(might take a while)

At most shows on the 78 tour, the following songs were played before Beast Of Burden:
Let It Rock, All Down The Line, Honky Tonk Women, Star Star, When The Whip Comes Down

looks like this show had a unique setlist in terms of running order.
I was at a large number of dates on this tour and at the time did not really notice this differnce.

The tape starts in the middle of Beast of burden. They did not start the show
with that song.

Looks like "The Complete Works" website needs a correction!!
That is where the previously posted "setlist" info came from.

My tape starts with Let It Rock and has the rest that is "missing".

Boulder is a great town, sort of a college town and its beautiful along side a nice mountain. Lots of hippies up that way and lots of a appreciation of the Stones among other bands from that era. Boulder is a cool place to see a show and not that far away.

My own setlists page [rocksoff.org] lists a probable setlist for this show, allowing for the fact that the first 5 songs werent in circulation and the fact that there was little deviation in the standard setlist for this tour

I'd be grateful if you could confirm whether or not this setlist is correct
