Bill will never tour. I'd love to hear him on new studio recordings, though.

Get Blondie Chaplin to play bass live---he's already there anyway.

Daryl is way too stiff--he's killing their sound but I like his "Bootsy" break in Rain Falls Down.

If Darryl leaves, unless Bill comes back, nobody will care who replaces him. I won't even matter if we don't know his name or if he plays back stage. Unless its Wyman there the bass player is no different than one of the horn players.

Pino Palladino???
He is the absolute pitz with The Who.
What a disgraceful choice for arguably the greatest bassy ever.

Anyways, Darryl ain't going anywhere till they call it quits.
What else is he gonna do, busk in Times Square?

Have you ever lent somebody $20 and never seen them again? It was probably worth it.

Chas,

I think you are right. Blondie.

Get him to do something useful!

But seriously. I think he'd fit.

Does Blondie have any experience on a bass? If you can play guitar, it doesn't mean you can play bass, they are two very different instruments.

Blondie played bass on Lowdown on B2B.

Replace Darryl with Ronnie Wood (no foolin') and bringback MT

As I recall, there was rumor of this after Bill left.

I The Stones really want to do a this-is-really-the-last-time tour, replace Darryl with Ronnie and bring back MT. I think they could charge $1000 per ticket no problem. That would be equal to a Beatles reunion (which of course is now impossible).

I am the leader of that club LOL. And if it happened I might take extended leave from my job, get a VW Van and follow them (no foolin).
