here's the proposed album covers of that album , from what i hear this was gonna b the live album but Ya Yas was just released 2 yrs prior so they dropped it like a bad habbit ,imo its the best quality sbd from that tour so far ,although forth worth is good also ,but 2 me this has a cleaner sound, these tracks r some of my favs from that tour so i researched were they came from

1. shelter = philly
2. ycagwyw = fort worth
3. jjflash = Boston

the double album covers Stones & Stevie Wonder

The bootleg that goes by this name is NOT the unreleased official '72 live album that has been sitting in the vaults for 33 years. It is, instead, a mis-mash compilation of tracks taken from other, better, '72 boots. The sound is still very good, but the edits and sequencing are horrible.

highanddry , I noticed that too about John A.'s site. I thought for some reason he had changed his look, but then I see it is still there as usual. That is f8cked uyp.

highanddry and Chelsea Drugstore:

I wanted to post the link to John A.'s site, but when I tried it out, it didn't work. Maybe I typed it in wrong. Could you post it here?

I have the "real" LIVE-LP (but only the Stones-part) on tape & CDr - an acetate was broadcast by US Radio (WMMS) in August 1972 and it has the following track-listing:

You Can't Always Get What You Want - Houston 25.6.72, 1st show
Sweet Virginia - Philadelphia 21.7.72, 1st show
Bitch - Philadelphia 20.7.72
All Down The Line - Houston 25.6.72, 1st show
Happy - Fort Worth 24.6.72, 1st show
Tumbling Dice - Philadelphia 20.7.72
Rip This Joint - Fort Worth 24.6.72, 1st show
Gimme Shelter - Philadelphia 20.7.72
Brown Sugar - Philadelphia 20.7.72
Uptight/Satisfaction - July 1972, no details known

I once thought about sharing it on Dime but since YCAGWYW (and maybe others that I can't remember at the moment) was part of the Ladies & Gentlemen-movie it's not allowed there.

It's an Low-Fi tape but still nice to hear. Maybe I'll up it on another tracker one day.

Dime's not everything. There's Tape Trader, Zomb and purelivegigs.
