ticket delivery germany shows for non-germany-residents

I refer to the related topics. I see only reactions from .de emailaddresses.
But who has, as non-Germany-resident, yet received his tickets for one or more Germany shows. If yes, which?
I've ordered 4 fos Köln trough Kartenhaus with presale code but also got an email that they'll send the ticket between 10 and 7 days prior to the event. That's too late for me!

A small number of customers were recently sent an incorrect email concerning the dispatch of tickets for The Rolling Stones events that are due to take place in 2006. If you received one of these emails, please ignore it and we are sorry for any inconvenience that this may have caused you.
For Rolling Stones concerts that are taking place in Germany, we have just received the tickets from the promoter for all of the concerts (except Berlin). We are currently processing the tickets we have received and will be dispatching these via secure post at our earliest opportunity.
