OK this is what separates the haves from the have nots! The skinny is that the boys will play a show in NYC either before the scheduled dates at the garden or after...The only invites will go out at 5 pm the day of and to very very select few...I should'nt even be posting this...God I feel dirty..

They didn't come out until 9:45 in September, and I think it's safe to say that we can skip Metric.

They will be playing at Annie's Roti Shop on Rockaway Blvd. in Queens...

But don't tell anyone...

ill be there on the 20th after warming up for them in Boston on the 15th.

The NYC show is so we should plan a pre and post show gathering.

They often show up at Annies because it's on a main drag from JFK airport and there's some tie-in with the Caribbean... mustique or whatever, even though it's a Trinidadian place.

It's on Rockaway a mile or two east of Crossbay... in the 120's... I haven't been there in over a year... my girlfriend said they were moving or expanding...

anyone who believes this nonsense needs their head examined.

The party hall at Annies is in the back... depending on the size of the gig they may also set up at the nearby Singh's in Jamaica, just about 5 minutes from JFK. They've been going there for years, guess it's a good place for a thousand or so of their closest friends to show up for a private gig.

except for the small problem that they have 2 days off between Boston and MSG and they NEVER play shows on consecutive nights anymore...and as if Mick is going to risk his voice doing so in the New York winter...

A private party maybe. But a private gig? No.
