You don't know what's going on. I tend to have a rucksack with me when I go on a daytrip to a concert cause I can't stuff everything in my coat toghether with car keys, ID, money and what not. As I am a diabetic I always have some medication and above all bottles of fruitjuice and sweets and sandwiches on me, so that I can get through the day and actually stay in my spot at a concert without having to head for the counter at inappropriate times to see if they sell something edible or drinkable fast that would actually be of any use. Some people can't just walk out their frontdoor with nothing but a ticket and a creditcard.

I didnt bother to answer to this first post, because I presumed I would get some kind of bad language back, but you are absolutely right Limbostone.

Its pronounced : The Ø is like the "u" in @#$%&. The E is like "e" in express So its almost like "Køln" in Germany, apart from that the "l" is switched to a "e". Was that understandable? Erik.

well Kent....now that yur a celebrity, you can hire a personal trainer
Some tickets are earned the hard way. Those are the best ones. I am sure you will have the best ever Stones experience Kent - not just from the show - but from the next days queuing and meeting other fans. And nothing is like having FOS tickets under your pillow! Just hang in there in the queue - and say hello to your supportive family!
Yes you are right. It's great fun. And I like that the city will be totally Stones all over the place. It will be one of my best experiences in life I think.
Hey Kent, I don't remember but is it the 1st time you'll see the Stones ? it reminds me of my very first time in Paris in 1982..I was mesmerized ! LOl !!

Stonefan, Was at Auteuil . 2 great shows indeed with a hot weather. Telephone was part the supporting act.
we now seem to have a never ending stream of idiots with rucksacks annoying people on planes buses etc.....are you telling me they are all diabetic ? nobody can get from A to B anymore without a bottle of water.where are they, the sahara desert ? no.....just going about their normal, everyday business. also ,at concerts nowadays you have to put up with lots of ignorant pigs on mobile phones while you are trying to watch the show.
not many are capable of shutting their mouth, leaving their computers, personal(that everyone can hear) hi-fis and phones at home.and just generally behaving in a fit manner when crowds of others are around.
Great stuff Kent. Just a caution. I did everything possible to get the best tickets for our Moncton Sept 2005 show. I micro-managed everything so that we could be right up front of stage. Then, just before we were to leave for the concert, I got a kidney stone attack, spent the night in the hospital and missed the show. My friends visited me in the hospital en route to the show, followed my plan and got right up front. In other words, fate controls destiny. ;-)
Billy12343,There are a lot of things(especially in this modern world) that I hate, but this is not place to bring them up and moan and gripe. This is Kent's thread and his little day in the sun. Tear it up Kent. Go nuts!
And it is the great proof of what I have said many times. If you keep focus and concentrate on the job, anything is possible. By joining the queue right away Kent made it possible. In fact he was guaranteed a ticket. Hard work. But it is paying off. Congratulation!
