side stage seats, are they worth it?

I have a chance to get a ticket to the Boston show but it is upstairs (section 320) and at best a side view, but possibly behind the stage.

Anyone have any experience with this view? Is it worth it or is it too limited a view?

Depends on what you would like to see.
For some people it's worth anything or others nothing.
I was in Portland very close to the stage and saw people 20 feet left of me, but they virtually saw not much except when the little stage pulled out.

i had side stage at msg,1st level, tickets were marked limited view, but were great seats,no obstuction at all.they refer to a wire that is barely noticable.i llove side seats ,you get to enjoy all the action because your looking down, not up at the stage.my garden tickets were 200 dollars,my phillie tix were 450 dollars(22 row on floor)and i would take the 200 dollar tickets 10x over the more expensive tickets.the side seats you are talking about should be great, though i have never been to that arena.

i agree on the Licks tour i sat side stage in the 100s at MSg and could almost reach out and grab lisa's butt and had no (other) obstructions, but this seat is side stage and HI up--300s, so i wonder if that makes a difference.

I was in side seats at SECC Glasgow. Great unobstructed view.

I believe if the side seats are low, then great, but in the 300 section.....that is a different story. I saw the Stones in Tampa on the side / upper section....it just wasn't that great.

I had side seats in Memphis. I would have to said they were the best seats that I've ever had. Paid $200 for 2 seats. In Atlanta, I paid $400 for 2. These were so-so. CHECK OUT MY POST CALLED "bACK-STAGE ACTIVITIES MEMPHIS". Hoped this helps.
