Micks mic stand on Paint It Black

I don’t know if anyone noticed that Mick holds the mic stand on the first verse the same way he held it while performing Paint It Black on the Ed Sullivan show in 1966. Maybe a little self nostalgia? I never saw him do this before.

I hadn’t clocked this at Santa Clara but I did notice it at Branson and I like it, like it, yes I do!!
