And indeed, I no longer comment on any shows. And I'm not the only one. Does that take away from the richness and diversity of the exchanges? Oh, probably not. We don't comment on or criticise, least of all what is perfect.

Well it's been said before and before that : Mick doesn't give a hoot about the IORR crowd, that is people in their 60s who have seen the band since the 72 tour.
Mick wants the 10yo 15yo 20yo people who will go to their very 1st Stones show next week and who'll go home with stars in their eyes

no you just copy and paste some variations of the same comment in every show thread just like you accuse others of
when you do actually add something to the conversation it's wrapped up in a petty swipe at someone else
and when other push back on what you say at all you complain about people not being allowed to have negative opinions about the band or there playing or something
oh and your right of course people don't tolerate criticism of the band well here and push back way to agressivly at what is really just a different opinion from there's and not a personal attack on them

Hang on...is that a passive-aggressive way of complaining that the rest of the tour wasn't as good as LA 2?!
that's true but you most certainly can get a pretty good impression of what a shows is like from the videos as well
and you can most certainly form strong and valid opinions about a show from watching videos
of course being there is a much better and accurate way of judging and experiencing a show but most of us can't so we make do
i actually sometimes prefer a single cam "everyman" video to a professionally made video (not sound wise obviously)
having the camera just focused on one thing at a time or taking in the entire stage instead of constantly shifting between different musicians and angles and distances is less distracting and allows me to take in the performance as it is and not the way the professional person filming and editing it together wishes me to
not to say i don't like and appreciate professionally made videos as well

There will still be complaints.
Why wasn't the tour longer.
Why didn't they play in my backyard.
Why haven't' they released a live album of the show I went to.
Why haven't they said where they are going to play next.
Why isn't there more stuff to complain about.
The constant complaining may be the reason some stopped adding their input to the pages anymore.
As long as they are still performing, we should not be complaining. We should be grateful for what they are still giving us.
LA 2 was the best show of the tour as far as I am concerned.

On the last thread there was a discussion on why people don't post much on those concerts threads anymore. I'd say because there's not much to complain about anymore. If we're honest, those theads have always been a collection of the same complains over and over again.
Now they're:
- Changing up the setlist A LOT (6 songs that have not been played on the previous show!)
- Don't play Miss You at most shows (so what are you doing with your full bladder then?)
- Keith is playing his solos really well and fluid for his age
- Playing three songs from a new album
- Keith plays three songs, so all the folks who would rather be on a Winos concert and like Crosseyed Heart better than Hackney Diamonds get their money's worth as well lol
So they basically took all the whiners their favourite discussion topics away
Obviously there are still the topics that they should bring Mick Taylor or Bill Wyman back, so I wonder what happened to those guys

That's cool. I noticed Demi Moore was behind me in the seats behind pit A and my friend recognized some movie producer and his wife who was on one of those Real Housewives show. Also saw lots of really bad plastic surgery and duck lips. Don't expect to see that at Thunder Ridge.

I was in pit A for both LA concerts and I thought the sound was 100% better for SoFi 2. I could hear every instrument clearly. The set list was terrific and there was less pushing in the pit. I found the crowd in pit A pretty animated. Mick hit all the high notes perfectly on Fool to Cry.
I was able to see 4 shows this tour: Glendale, Vegas and both LA. Only got one Rambler and one Tell Me Straight, but I got Monkey man and You Got the Silver. Chanel and Mick have really gelled on Sweet Sounds of Heaven. I enjoyed every minute of every show. They’ve just gotten better with each show. Ronnie and Keith were absolutely terrific Saturday.
On Saturday, Andrew Watt was there and was really enjoying the performance.
For future reference, the PS parking garage at 1130 S Praire Ave was only $30

I watch YouTube videos, but I've learnt my lesson, I know you can't rely on them, EXCEPT to say that the performance is awesome, then no problem.

I attended four shows this tour. I don't bother looking at the videos. I don't mean to insult anyone but the vast majority are done by "everyone" and not by professionals. You simply can't compare a run of the mill video to a professionally made one or obviously actually attending the concert.
