I love this poster. My only complaint is that I think the tongue could've been done a little bit better but goddamn the colors and airbrushing are just gorgeous. Whether you like it or not, clearly a lot of effort was put into it.

A little bit but I don’t think that’s the problem. The tongue comes out and over the knee which makes the perspective weird. I think the idea was to pay homage to the Cardiff castle poster, as it uses the same tongue and all but imo the tongue is holding this back from being the best poster of the tour.

Don’t think it has anything to do with Cardiff. They’re playing at the home of the NFL team, the Denver Broncos. Atop the stadium is statue of the very bronco pictured in Stones poster (obviously minus the the Stones logo lips and tongue).

The broncos do also have a horse statue but the one on the poster is actually a reference to “Blucifer” the demonic horse statue outside DIA that killed its sculptor - We love him here!

Was thinking the exact same thing! Any guesses on what it may be created around? Been awhile since they have been in Vancouver.
