I’ve contacted Chess (Willie Dixon Blues Heaven) to see if we could block off a time slot for a tour for any IORRians in the city for the show(s). I’ve had confirmation of general availability and they want to know how many would come - there are limited spaces. Cost is $20 US, I believe. It would be on June 28, likely the noon slot but possibly later in the afternoon.

If you are interested, please follow the following instructions:

1] email me, I’ll be going from that, not from this thread;

2) tell me how many would be coming; and

3) if you’re only available at a specific time, please say so, so I can figure out how best to make it work.

Thanks for setting this up. I went in 2019 and I gotta say it was a highlight of my Chicago stay. Will definitely do it again.

They were closed last time I was in Chicago - all I could do was press my nose against the window and whine.

I went last time as well and loved it!

I already committed to attend with the Shidoobee though. They have secured tours on two dates already. Sorry, wish I knew about this earlier!

They were closed for the winter, emails were backlogged. You should hear back. They’re pretty busy now with Stones folk wanting in that week. Good luck.
